Welcome to Tooclean! By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and the highest quality of service. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
1. Definitions
- Company: Refers to Tooclean, its employees, contractors, and representatives.
- Client: Refers to any individual, business, or organization that books or uses Tooclean's services.
- Services: Refers to cleaning and other related services provided by Tooclean.
- Agreement: Refers to the contract between the Client and Tooclean, including these terms and any written or verbal agreements regarding the Services.
2. Scope of Services
Tooclean provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- General housekeeping
- Deep cleaning
- Office cleaning
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Special event cleaning
Custom services can be arranged upon request, subject to agreement and availability.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Booking
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is accepted.
3.2. Rescheduling or Cancellations by Client
- Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before the service.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the agreed service fee.
3.3. Cancellation by Tooclean
Tooclean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, severe weather). In such cases, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and aim to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Quotes are based on the initial description provided by the Client. Additional services or discrepancies in the described conditions may result in revised pricing.
4.2. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 5% of the outstanding amount for every 14 days overdue.
5. Access and Safety
5.1. Access to Premises
- The Client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property.
- Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
5.2. Health and Safety
Tooclean reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if the premises are deemed unsafe for our staff.
5.3. Keys and Security
- If keys are provided, they will be kept securely and returned upon request.
- Tooclean accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by faulty locks or keys.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Insurance Coverage
Tooclean is fully insured for public liability and employee accidents.
6.2. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide the utmost care, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
- Loss or damage to fragile or high-value items unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon before the service.
6.3. Claims for Damages
Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

8. Governing Law
